Installation

  • Clubhouse Online Installation sets up the integration between the back-office application and the ClubHouse Online website. The ClubHouse Online Project Coordinator will schedule the installation once the install requirements are completed.

  • Install Requirements – prior to the installation, all server and module specific requirements must be completed. On the install date, the ClubHouse Online installer will reach out to request access to the Client’s server to integrate the online modules

For a new ClubHouse Online installation, we require the club's preparation on the server network and in your back-office system. The following requirements guide specifies the prerequisite configuration and setup to get you ready before we schedule the website module integration.

DKIM/SPF Summary

DKIM or Domain Keys Identified Mail, is an email authentication method that uses a digital signature to let the receiver of an email know that the message was sent and authorized by the owner of the domain

SPF or Sender Policy Framework is a way for internet service provides to verify that a particular mail server is authorized to send emails for a domain.

DKIM / SPF for Frankie

DKIM

In order for us to implement this authentication method for all of the campaigns club will be sending, we must ensure the following:

  • All of the email addresses club intends to use a 'From Address' reside within the same domain.
  • The DNS records associated with the club's domain will have to be updated with the following CNAME records:
    • e2ma-k1._domainkey CNAME e2ma-k1.dkim.e2ma.net
    • e2ma-k2._domainkey CNAME e2ma-k2.dkim.e2ma.net
    • e2ma-k3._domainkey CNAME e2ma-k3.dkim.e2ma.net
  • Club's domain will receive a DKIM signing. This will be taken care of by us once club's DNS records have been updated.

SPF

In order to implement this method of authentication, club will need to add the following information to their existing SPF record:

  • include:e2ma.net

If club does not already have an SPF record configured for their domain, they will be creating a new TXT record within their existing DNS records. This TXT record will contain the following:

  • V=spf1 include:e2ma.net

DKIM/SPF for Campaigner

DKIM

In order for us to implement this authentication method for all of the campaigns club will be sending, we must ensure the following:

  • All of the email addresses club intends to use a 'From Address' reside within the same domain.
  • The DNS records associated with the club's domain will have to be updated with the following CNAME record:
    • em._domainkey.clientDomain.com CNAME dkim.emailcampaigns.net

To check DKIM:

  • Navigate to: https://mxtoolbox.com/dkim.aspx
  • Enter clubs domain name and Selector of "em"

SPF

In order to implement this method of authentication, club will need to add the following information to their existing SPF record:

  • include:mailer.clubhouseonline-e3.com

If club does not already have an SPF record configured for their domain, they will be creating a new TXT record within their existing DNS records. This TXT record will contain the following:

  • V=spf1 include:mailer.clubhouseonline-e3.com

To check SPF

  • Navigate to: https://mxtoolbox.com/spf.aspx
  • Enter club's domain, no need to enter IP

Your ClubHouse Online Project Coordinator will reach out to the club to schedule the installation

Please indicate if a contact at the club can provide access to the server, or would it have to be the clubs’ IT. The ClubHouse Online Project Coordinator will reach out to schedule.

If any requirements are missing, the installer will not complete the installation resulting in a reschedule of the installation.
