Design Process

Go Live Preparation & Checklist

During this phase of the project, the ClubHouse Online Project Coordinator will work with the you to complete tasks in preparation of launching the new website:

Testing Modules

After training phase is complete, the Club is advised to test the online modules to make sure that the configuration and setup were done correctly, and the modules behave as expected.

  1. Log in with a test member account.
If the Club does not have a test member account yet, create an account in the back-office software application. This account should act as an active member, so that the Club can use it to view from a member’s perspective. After that, register the member account on the ClubHouse Online website.
  2. Navigate to the ClubHouse Online website and/or the specific module page.
  3. Make test bookings and review the results.

SSL Certificate

The SSL certificate is required to ensure a secure connection when users access the website. Our team will install the SSL certificate for the club’s domain on our web server.

ClubHouse Online DKIM & SPF Configuration

DKIM stands for ‘DomainKeys Identified Mail’ and SPF stands for ‘Sender Policy Framework’. The configuration increases the deliverability of the emails sending out from ClubHouse Online website. This will ensure that when an e-mail is sent to one of your contacts, and the “From” email address is displayed as coming from your domain, the recipients email server will confirm that the key sent with the email matches the key set up with your domain.

To ensure your message will not be blocked by this verification check, you will need to have DKIM and SPF record setup for your domain. This configuration will need to be completed by the Administrator for your domain or by your IT team.

For DKIM, ClubHouse Online Project Coordinator will provide the records to you or your IT to be added to the DNS.

For SPF, you will need to be configure SPF records on your domain as provided on Configuring the SPF Record
