The SSL certificate is required to ensure a secure connection when users access the website. Our team will install the SSL certificate for the club’s domain on our web server.
DKIM stands for ‘DomainKeys Identified Mail’ and SPF stands for ‘Sender Policy Framework’. The configuration increases the deliverability of the emails sending out from ClubHouse Online website. This will ensure that when an e-mail is sent to one of your contacts, and the “From” email address is displayed as coming from your domain, the recipients email server will confirm that the key sent with the email matches the key set up with your domain. To ensure your message will not be blocked by this verification check, you will need to have DKIM and SPF record setup for your domain. This configuration will need to be completed by the Administrator for your domain or by your IT team. For email authentication setup (DKIM and SPF), your ClubHouse Online Project Coordinator will provide the necessary records for you or your IT team to add to your domain’s DNS. Please refer to the Configuring DKIM and SPF Records link for full setup details.
