Clubhouse Online Installation Requirement Guide

The Clubhouse Online (CHO) Installation sets up the integration between the back-office application and the CHO website. Prior to the installation, all server and module specific requirements must be completed. On the install date, the installer will reach out to request access to the Client’s server(s) to integrate the online modules. The Project Coordinator will schedule the installation once the following requirements are completed.

Possible Server Configurations

There are two network configurations that ClubHouse Online Integration supports. It is up to you and your IT to decide which configuration works best for your club’s security concerns and budget. Below is a high-level overview of the available options. Once you have selected the option you wish to use you will be provided with the server setup requirements that need to be completed before your installation date.

Please Select One Of The Following

Single Server Setup

In this configuration we would send traffic from our servers through your firewall to the Jonas Server directly. This server would then also house the SQL database that the integration uses. This makes the Jonas Server the only server in charge of the integration.
  • If you are using the Jonas Server as the network’s Domain Controller (or Active Directory) we strongly recommend not using this configuration.

Two Server Setup

This configuration has an extra layer of security by placing an integration server that facilitates communication between the ClubHouse Online Web Servers and the Jonas Server itself. If your network were to be breached, then this would be the first server accessed and does not hold any member information on it since only certain ports are opened between the two servers and information is only passing through the integration server. Also, in this scenario the SQL database for ClubHouse Online would be housed on the Jonas Server.
