Port Forwarding – TCP 90 *Complete on Integration Server*

We require TCP port 90 traffic to be forwarded to the Integration server from your WAN (internet) connection. After you have applied this rule to your firewall, please use a resource like ismyportopen.com from the Integration server to determine if the port is opened properly. Once you have verified that the port is open you may limit traffic on the port to only our Clubhouse Online servers. Please reach out to [email protected] and we will supply a list of IP addresses.

Windows Firewall/Internal Port Rules *Complete on Both Servers*

Please make the following changes to the windows firewall or any other internal firewall to allow traffic both into and between both servers.

Integration Server

• TCP 90 (inbound traffic)
• TCP 9000 (inbound and outbound traffic)
• UDP 9222 (inbound and outbound traffic)

Jonas Server

• TCP 9000 (inbound and outbound traffic)
• TCP 9222 (inbound and outbound traffic)
• TCP 1433 (inbound and outbound traffic)
• UDP 1434 (inbound and outbound traffic)

Port 90 will need to be open to accept traffic from the Clubhouse Online servers. Ports 9000 and 9222 are used by our services to talk between the two servers. Ports 1433 and 1434 are SQL ports and will need to be open to allow traffic to the Jonas workstations.

Internet Information Services (IIS) Installation *Complete on Integration Server*

Clubhouse Online integration requires the Web Server role to be fully installed on the Integration server. Which includes the following roles.

• Common HTTP Features
• Health and Diagnostics
• Performance
• Security
• Application Development

.NET Framework Installation *Complete on Both Servers*

Clubhouse Online integration requires .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 (or newer) features to be fully installed on both servers. Which includes the following roles.

• .NET Framework 3.5 Features
• .NET Framework 4.8 Features

SQL Installation *Complete on Jonas Server*

Clubhouse Online integration requires SQL Server 2019 or SQL Server Express 2019 or above to be installed on the Jonas server.

However, if you are currently using any of the following Jonas software, SQL Server will already be installed, and we will be using that instance for Clubhouse Online as well.

• Jonas Activity Manager (JAM)
• Jonas Encore
• Club Select

While installing SQL Server or Express please make note of the following

• Run the SQL Server install as a local/full windows administrator
• Select the “Custom” installation type
• Select SQL Server Browser to Startup Type “Automatic”
• Under Database Engine Configuration you must select Mixed Mode and keep your SA password on file, it may be needed by the Clubhouse Online installer.
• Make sure to also install SQL Management Studio

If you are using SQL for non Jonas software already, we require a SQL Instance for only Jonas databases.

TLS Encryption *Complete on Both Servers*

Clubhouse Online utilizes TLS 1.2 encryption for all communication to and from your club's server. To that effect, please ensure TLS 1.2 has been enabled in your windows server settings. If you're unsure how to enable the protocol, please review the outlined steps here.

Time Synchronization *Complete on Both Servers*

To ensure our clients’ servers are properly synchronized with our servers, we require an internet time service to be configured on their network. If your Club has a domain setup, you will need to configure the domain controller to synchronize with this time service.

User Account Controls *Complete on Both Servers*

U.A.C. (User Account Control) will cause permission issues for the integration and is recommended to be turned off completely. Understandably this can't always be accommodated so this will function under the lowest level "Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer (do not dim my desktop)"

Jonas Club Management Update

If you are using Jonas Club Management as your primary software you will need to update to the latest version.

However, if you are using Encore or ClubSystems back-office software you can skip this step.
